With over 10 years taking group exercise classes and 1-1 training. By constantly staying up to date with qualifications and courses. I can deliver the latest research to provide the best training programmes available.
Strength & Stability:
These sessions are aimed at older adults, aimed at improving strength and balance. I offer standing and seated versions for all exercises making it suitable for everyone.

I am a Level 4 exercise instructor qualified in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Postural Stability, Arthritis, Obesity & Diabetes, Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Mental Health. I have a wealth of knowledge in long term health conditions, allowing me to deliver safe and effective sessions.
