Strength & Stability:These sessions are aimed at older adults, aimed at improving strength and balance. I offer standing and seated versions for all exercises making it suitable for everyone.
I am a Level 4 exercise instructor qualified in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Postural Stability, Arthritis, Obesity & Diabetes, Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Mental Health. I have a wealth of knowledge in long term health conditions, allowing me to deliver safe and effective sessions.
Kettlebells:A low impact exercise class working the full body with one single piece of equipment. Build strength and improve your stamina. I always offer a modified exercise if required.
