"I attend one of Dan's strength and fitness classes. After only 9 months my physical strength has improved, as well as my mind set.

Dan encourages and motivates every participant with a calm, positive enthusiasm. He offers a range of exercises with levels to fit your ability.

You choose which level you feel comfortable with and he provides constant support and guidance throughout the session.

A friendly, positive vibe to the class, so pleased I joined. Would highly recommend."
